Eric Ciaramella – Patriot or Traitor

Did President Trump pick the wrong country to stop the flow of Foreign Aid to?  Ukraine is supported strongly by many Democrats.  Nancy Pelosi’s, John Kerry, and Joe Biden have children that have worked in Ukraine at one time or another.

Most famous of these employments is Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, VP, son.

On July 25th, 2019, President Trump had a phone call with the President of Ukraine, Volodymr Zelensky.  In that call President Trump reportedly attempted to coerce the Ukrainian President to conduct an investigation into Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

One of Trump’s campaign issues was to reduce America’s outflow of Foreign Aid.

A big question looming is this a real attempt at keeping government clean, or just an opportunity for a DNC/CIA inspired coup?

The players all have strong political leanings.

Early Years

Eric Ciaramella graduated from Yale University in 2008 as a Russian and East European Studies Major.  He is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and Arabic.

After working at the World Bank he joined the CIA. In the last few years of the Obama administration he was assigned to the White House where he worked with Joe Biden as an expert on Ukraine.

A simple synopsis of the major events from July 25 to August 12th

CIA Employment before White House work

Eric Ciaramella was a CIA officer who specialized in Russia and Ukraine at the National Security Council under Susan Rice in 2015.

Later in the Obama Administration he worked for Joe Biden on Ukraine and was even invited to a Oct 16, 2016 gala featuring a short list of political talent, a prestigious invitation for a GS-13 employee.

Steve Bannon, fired by Trump in Aug/2017, stated he had worked to get Ciaramella out of the NSC.  Ciaramella was thought to be responsible for leaking Call Transcripts between Trump and the leaders of Mexico and Australia to the media.

In June of 2017, then National Security Advisor, HR McMaster, appointed Ciaramella to be his personal aide.  At the time many questioned his appointment as he was a Susan Rice and Obama ally.

McMaster a strong proponent of Obama holdovers, was asked to leave in April/2018 for not preventing leaks.

Did Alexander Vindeman tip Ciaramella?

Although not on the fabled call itself, Eric was most likely tipped off by another Ukraine expert Col Vindman.

Vindman’s parents are from Ukraine and one might say he holds some allegiance to their country of origin.  The question is how much?

Security Clearances are based on a need to know.  Did Vindman believe his CIA friend, Eric Ciaramella had a need to know?

Lt Col Alexander S. Vindman - On the July 25th call. And given the small number most likely the person who updated Eric Ciaramella with the results of the call. Why didn't he perform the role of Whistleblower to the DOJ?

After the receiving information on the Call, the Whistle Blower appears to have contacted Mark Zaid, an attorney, and members of Adam Schiff’s staff.  Two of the members of Adam Schiffs staff Eric Ciaramella knew already from a prior job at the NSC.  There he worked with both Sean Misko and Abilgail Grace.

Washington DC is a small world.

 

Abigail Grace and Sean Misko used to work with Eric Ciaramella at the NSC before Eric was asked to leave for leaking. He then went back to the CIA. Abigail joined Adam Schiffs team in Feb-2019, while Sean joined in Aug-2019, at the time of all the action.

Is the CIA still trying to steer the Titanic?

The CIA nominally has strict security agreements with it's employees and contractors. Ciaramella was asked to leave the White House for leaking, ie violating his Security agreement. He must have a "Trump" card of sorts to be able keep his employment with this agency.

The Washington Examiner reported Sean Misko and Abigail Grace were hired by Adam Schiff to investigate Trump.  They both worked with Ciaramella during Obama and Trump Administrations.

Adam Schiff(left) had maintained that he didn't know the Whistleblower. But then changed his stance after it came out that the Whistleblower had met with Schiff's staff for "Guidance". From this point on he disallowed any questions that could point in the direction of the Whistle Blowers identity. Adam Schiff's smirk of sorts, and (right)Eric's eyes, could tell a different story. Conjecture?

Whistleblower Law

The Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989 is a law that protects federal government employees in the United States from retaliatory action for voluntarily disclosing information about dishonest or illegal activities occurring in a government organization.

However, it has not been tested at the Supreme Court.  Issues with the law include the 6th Amendment, under the Bill of Rights, “to be confronted with the witnesses against him“.

Other Progressive Heroes

Chealsea Manning - Former Army soldier convicted via a court martial for leaking 250K US Diplomatic Cables to WikiLeaks. He/She received an Obama Commutation for her time served.
Edward Snowden - Leaked NSA information, wiki-leaks reported paid for his lodging in Hong Kong and his flight to Russia, where he now lives.

Summary

Trump has had serious security issues.  He does not run a tight ship.  Even back in the Omarosa days where smartphones were being brought into SCIFs and recordings made there have been issues.  And do all those people really need to be on the calls?  Since this event Trump has reduced the listener count to lower levels.

Lt Col Vindman appears to have breached his security agreement.  With his heritage from the Ukraine, he may have a serious Dual Allegiance issue.  However with Impeachment in play, not much will be done.  James Comey on Dec 15, 2019, basically agreed with the Horowitz Report stating there were problems with the Intel agencies poking into Trumps campaign startup.  More will be written on this. The FISA court has stated the FBI needs to clean up it’s act.

Eric Ciaramella is a partisan gopher of sorts, walking data gleaned by Vindman, and taking it to Adam Schiff.  Adam Schiff’s Mueller Report predictions have not played out.  James Comey on Dec 15 confessed that the FBI had some dirty dealings at the start of the Trump Presidency, in a way shaping Trumps opinion of America’s Intel agencies.  Eric Ciaramella is not a traitor, and not a patriot, he is a partisan Sycophant willing to do anything to please the Democratic Leadership.  He is an opportunist, who saw an opportunity, smelled blood, and engaged. The CIA is setting a poor example keeping him employed.

My recommendation, Eric Ciaramella needs to be transferred to the Department of Education, or Agriculture, or other non-de script Federal Agency.  He makes a mockery of the CIA.

Vindman did not follow Whistle Blower guidelines.   His Security Clearance should be revoked.

Would the Supreme Court find the Whistle Blower Law, constitutional in light of the 6th Amendment?

I do believe the whistle blower is a fact witness and therefore must be held accountable, brought forward, must be named. And have motive examined because once you pair this out you realize that motive here is not legitimate concern for the National Security Of The United States – the motive here is to continue a process of undermining the duly elected president of the United States. […]

“If you take everything he has done as legitimate… I have a different term for him, which is “traitor”. This is a man who has committed treason, […] violated the law, […], violated his oath, this is a man who has conspired to undermine the sitting president of the United States for political purposes, not in defence of the constitution, not in defence of the rule of law. And that’s why I think it’s imperative that he be brought forward. I don’t take this position as someone who’s just in support of Trump. I’m not. What I am supportive of, though, is the ability of a chief executive to carry out the functions accorded to him by the constitution of the United States without interference from the intelligence community. I’m very concerned about an intelligence community that operates without any limitations, and which has allowed itself to become politicized to the point that it’s acting to the detriment of the security of the United States.”

Impeachment – Locked and Loaded?

On September 25, 2019, she gave the okay to begin Impeachments hearings, something that Chairman Nadler had already begun. In a sense, she was forced to begin it, or lose control.

On September 24, 2019, Nancy Pelosi gave a speech where she stated she was launching Impeachment Proceedings against Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States.  She did this one day before the Transcript from a fabled phone call was released.  The timing was odd, but, game on?

A key to all of this is Russia and Ukraine have been in a conflict.  Since Hillary sided with Ukraine in 2012, the Russians would do anything to not have her elected.  Trump, who as a simple business man, was trying to build hotels everywhere including Russia. Trump in some sense was the beneficiary of Russia’s hatred for Hillary.  Reportedly if you believe the news, millions of Facebook Zombie user’s were forced to vote for Trump because of subliminal mind control.

So jumping on to the WayBack machine, here we go:

We can recall a time back in December of 1998, when President Clinton was being impeached, and Pelosi implored the Republicans to not use hatred, but instead use fairness.  A video of this follows.  Perhaps she should listen to this again?

Just replace the words “Republicans” with “Democrats”.  And “Clinton” with “Trump”.  You get the idea.

After the Mueller Investigation failed to find anything of substance.  Democrats have continued to see ways to not prevent a possible re-election of Trump in 2020.  Chairman Nadler has been having informal impeachment heaings in an attempt to find traction for his Quest.

Democrats have stated Trump’s verbal tissy fits amounted to an obstruction of justice.

Chairman Nadler - Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee has been holding informal Impeachment hearings. Nancy Pelosi's speech on Sept 24, 2019, to support this, gives him more breathing room. He now has a new skeleton to "mount".

Chairman Nadler, also gave a speech in 1998 regarding his opposition to Impeachment, listen, and switch the names in your head.

The Democrats themselves have many recent incidents of engaging in Opposition Research that has gone on for years, but now, because of Trump, if you look back at it it doesn’t look good.  It is as if the rules are being rewritten before our very eyes.

In Jan 11, 2017 Politico reported that the Democratic National Commitee (DNC) had paid a Ukrainian resident, Alexandra Chalupa, $412,000, to perform opposition research.  Her key finds were Paul Manafort for example.  When Trump started to surge in 2015, her research was highly sought by the DNC.  (Remember Ukraine was Pro-Hillary, anti-Trump)  Chalupa denied being an opposition researcher instead stating she was paid the money by the DNC for being a “Ethic Engagement Program?”, CNN reported. Does the DNC really pay hundreds of thousand of dollars in far off countries for “Ethnic Engagement”?  You decide….

2018, May 4th, three Democratic Senators, outside of the Mueller Probe, sent a letter to Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, requesting information(dirt), on Trump and his campaign.  The letter basically asks for information and research into Trump.  This letter can be found here.

In March of 2016 Joe Biden, the Vice President at the time, was captured in a video bragging about withholding funds from Ukraine unless they changed out a prosecutor, who was investigating his son, Hunter Biden.  American Politicians have always tried to ask for something in exchange for aid.

Biden in 2016 on what he told Ukraine: “I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money’”

Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, appears to play a part in all of this. 

  • Hunter Biden was discharged from the Navy for Cocaine Use in Feb-2014.  
  • Hunter Biden married, and later divorced his deceased brothers wife.  (not pertinent, but good gossip)
  • In Dec of 2013, Hunter Biden flew with his father, On “Air Force Two”, to China, where he made a $1.5B deal with a Chinese Communist Government Bank.  It’s a long flight from DC to China and Joe Biden has stated, “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,”.
  •  Hunter Biden’s company, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers of $166K a month, from Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma.  This was when President Obama had ceded handling of Ukraine to Hunter Biden’s father, Joe Biden. 

What if Baron Trump, the 13th year old of Donald Trump, get’s a $50K/month job with a Saudi oil company for part time work.  And then swings a $1.5B deal with a Chinese Government Bank.  And then decides to go soft on China Trade (to the detriment of the American Worker), and the South China Sea takeover.  Would the Democrats be upset?   To be fair, people need to try switching the players and re-examining scenarios.

Sept 25, 2019, Elizabeth Warren, running against Joe Biden in the Democratic Primaries, is asked whether she would allow her Vice Presidents child to serve on a foreign board.

Is she open to all dealings with foreign officials being open text and available for all?

A bit flustered she appears to say no.  But it’s okay under Obama. Time to check with her “handlers” about this deep question?

In closing, Trump is a slow learner.  Both sides attempt to glean opposition research on the other side.  Politics is a dirty business. Being able to convince your side that your clean and pious is the name of the game. If you examine the Democrats history of working with other governments for research, it could be stated they are much worse. But what if you expose the “truth”, ouch!  If somebody considers that the wrong truth, watch out!  Hopefully, Trump in defending himself, is not forced to pull transcripts from prior administration to show their dealings with foreign governments.

That would not be good for America.
