- 190402 – Made a statement for illegal immigration to be treated as a a civil offense, not a criminal offense. He would also create a WW-2 style Marshall Plan for Central American countries to help them.
- Although a big statement, he is the first Democratic contender to state what he would do regarding immigration.
- I’ve always thought we should send the Peace Corp to Central America to distribute America’s largess, as to not waste it and get it directly to the end recipient.
